Flintstones Guest House Durban

Would not serve dinner, although website says they do - this was a great inconvenience to us. Bathroom was impossibly tiny, could hardly move in it. They had signs warning that we must limit our showers because of solar geyser, and we were so worried about running out of hot water that we had miserable showers. Cheap mattress, bed very uncomfortable. Photos on internet did not accurately show accommodation - great misrepresentation. Very miserly, cramped and uncomfortable. Generally cheap and nasty.

So homely and practical - great staff, very friendly!

The location was excellent for us to go anywhere

Seeing one or two Cockroaches in our rooms that brought about discomfort

What I liked most about flintsones is the warmth of the care staff, they made me feel at home immediately. I also liked the informality of the facility the fact that I could fix what I wanted to eat and was free to go in and out at my leisure.

Though it turned out to be safe, I would have wished to be able to keep my laptop under key and lock but it was not one of the provisions, the safe could only take money and small valuables like ticket and passports.

The entire atmosphere was so luxoriuous and comfortable and inexpensive loved it trully , a suggestion a spa daily reatment centre in the hotel would wonders for the market and stayat the hotel

Freundlichkeit des Personals, besonders "Connie" kümmerst sich um alles....das Guesthouse ist sehr individuall....große Zimmer....Frühstück lecker

die Lage (weit von zentrum).....sehr schwer Taxi zu bekommen.....wenn Taxi vorhanden muss man mit denen verhandeln, habe ein Taxifahrer gefunden (Mark, hat mich für 40-50 Rand gefahren bis zum Suncoast), Airportshuttle hat mich hingebracht zum Guesthouse für 100 Rand, Rückreise haben sie mich nicht abgeholt, da nur ein Person......Connie hat mich dann zum Airport gefahren.....

Der Pool und das Frühstück waren super, Zimmer sauber, sehr nett!

Nett aufgemachtes Guest House - gute Lage bei Ankunft aus Richtung St. Lucia

Von einem Guest House erwarte ich mir bessere persönliche Betreuung. Man ist sich vorgekommen wie in einem normalen Hotel. Das separate Bad war auch nicht der Hit, obwohl glücklicherweise das zweite Zimmer, welches zu diesem Bad gehörte, nicht besetzt war.

freundliche Bedienung, die Lage ist gut, sehr nahe am Strand und der City.

2 Häuser eines mit Bar und das andere mit Swimingpool und die Entfernung sin ca 100 mtr.
